    a few flakes in the air....in a gap in the radar at the moment. Happy with the 4" of powder snow here and some 'old fashioned' mini drifts. Temp -2.2 Wind chill -3 Maybe a surprise or 2 tonight - streamer..??

    this is going to be a problem soon...Osidge Lane in Southgate is a main bus route and now the snow is settling on it...was clear 30 mins ago..!!!

    why does Barnet Council waste grit.....we have had a gritter go up our road this evening....temps of 3 deg and no precip whatsoever..???

    9 days of lying snow....still have 5cm in the shade...temps down to -7....kids have been sledging.....winter 2011/2012's fine by me..!!!
