A question for time served chasers. When it comes to packing, I assume all camera equipment etc and valuables get carried with you in the aircraft cabin? What about camera tripods? what type of luggage is best to take?

Ok . So i've got the go ahead to use my sons camera and equipment. Just need a nikon user or someone with the know how on Tour 3 to help me out and point me and the camera in the right direction. I'm a complete noob with cameras but will be trying a few things out in the next couple of weeks Rob

Hi Guys Ive just signed up to tour 3. This is my first time storm chasing but its something I've considered for years.I'm flying out on the BA 11.45 LHR flight on the 19th . Also booked to stay at the Best western for the night. look forward to meeting you all and having a few beers. Rob
