    Hi all Im back!!! Been over seaclose park built a huge snowman and had snowball fights this is the biggest and best snowfall here for years!! I gobsmacked at how quickly this has layed!! if it carries on like this we will def hit 15cms easy!! not far off 6 cm so far I AM HAPPY!!! GOOD LUCK TO THE REST OF YOU!!

    I am absolutely gobsmacked at the snow cmg down here in newport! I am seriously happy wit this! If this carries on for a few more hours we will have some serious cm's!! anyway just incase it stops abruptly never to be seen again...Im off out to play in it!     Evenin fellow central southerners Ive been reading the model output discussions for the last couple of days and its sounding like huge potential for snow nxt week for everyone I know im a bit boring askin the same stuff all the time but i have no idea wot im looking at wen lookin at the models.....Have the IoW finally got a chance of snow????     thanx 4 that! :lol: Ive been reading the models thread n they all buzzing about the charts n how good its gonna be for the south and se but im never sure if that includes the iow as we always seem to just miss out!! any exprts here who cud advise me on that?? cheers

    Evenin all, been raining ALL day on the IOW im watchin villa v liverpool atm and am sooo jealous as its hammering down with snow! y cant that be here!!! Anyone know if there is any chance at all of us seein some the end of the week?? Thanks

    Thanx i will post there next time! I was simply responding to someone elses post! Also altho we are surrounded by warm water we actually used to get loads of snow its only been the last 15+ years that we've not really seen much so how can the water be the excuse as it was deffo there all those years ago!?! :winky:

    Me 2, Im sick of living on the IOW and gettin nothin!! Everytime we seem so close BUT......it never happens!! each time the radar etc looks good for us and still nothing happens!! Fed up!!
