    Wow, someone just hit the stop button on the snow in Ashford - from heavy snow to clear skies.

    Heavy snow here in Ashford for the last 10 minutes, the wind seems to have really picked up. Started a snizzle and quickly went to large flakes.

    London & South East England: Kent Medway Heavy Snow 1000 Sun 3 0200 Mon 4 Outbreaks of snow during Sunday and through into the early hours of Monday will be heavy at times. Fresh snowfall of 2 to 5 cm is expected in places with locally in excess of 10cm. The public are advised to take extra care and refer to the Highways Agency for further advice on traffic disruption on motorways and trunk roads.     PMSL - Happy new year ! - I'm off but will back sometime tomorrow morning. Neil - chill baby, forecasts are not more than educated guesses - 'some' of yours have failed when you've done your paint-shops in the past. Think of all the good things, the people we have left behind and the service men and women who have laid down their lives in 2009 to give us a chance in the the 'Teenies' Then look forward to 2010 and the will it or won't it scenarios............

    Very Uncertain and the whole county replies upon them to take the uncertainty out of the forecast - so they only forcast known unknowns.
