    The WHO AM I game.....

    One player thinks of a famous person and the other players in the group must try to guess the answer, by asking questions to which only YES or NO can be answered. Players can only ask 20 questions in total.

    Yes Paul it is looking good

    I have some friends arriving tomorrow in Kansas City. They will be about two weeks. They wanted some tips on where to go. I have drawn them up a round trip. Lawrance KS to Oklahoma City taking in the Cowboy Museum, Eischens Bar , the Big Texan. (wait for it) Palo duro canyon, Dorothy's house Liberal , Dodge City, Greensburg. God I want to be there with them.

    I will now give them the heads up for the week end.

    Sadly Tammy and Fiona have had to pull out of cardiff this weekend due to personel reasons.

    My prob at the moment is if I need to get the car back...If so I wont be staying...

    All depends on if Sue needs car back for a important trip...want know untill at least Wednesday.. :drinks:

    I think thats everyone that is coming, if we could meet at the hotel for around 1400 onwards and am aiming to leave the hotel for around 1730 dinner is booked for 1930 then onwards after that for those who can still stand

    HI all back from Cardiff with Dave and I can safely say we will have a blast lively atmosphere good food and the odd beer what more could you ask for.

    Were going for Mexican for dinner good menu something for everyone should be no more than £15-£25 a head depending on what you want to order the bars are great and brekkie in the morning £5 in the great western pub very good sorted my belly out anyway will add some more details later on

    Good man Trevor! Delighted your heading out again. I had a great time with you and Andy last year. You'll have to look after Tom and Ian for me. BTW the dynamic between Paul and Ian is the exact same as between meself and Paul, which can be fun ..... to look at from a far.

    Hi all slight change of plan the hotel we are staying in the night before the flights out to the usa will be the travellodge terminal 5 they are doing rooms for £35 per room and me and mr Sherman are booked in its easy enough just search travel lodges site for heathrow terminal 5 its not quite as up market as the sheraton but there prices have gone through the roof me thinks a certen wedding has bumped up the prices

    getting back to meeting up in cardiff in march have noticed the price of rooms have cret up fromm £55 to $75 still just above £35 if you share I shall be popping down there at the end of the month to check out the hotel and testing the local beer to make sure it meets netweather standards it will be a thorough testing.

    I think the food is quite reasonable, particularly if ordered before 7pm when there are some offers on.

    The prevailing weather conditions could be interesting from when we get in there and when we leave.

    Paul - am I meeting you and Ian at OXO?

    Stu a believe that is the plan what time you getting there for?

    yep looking forward to this now, like pauls said me paul stu london should get there just after 1830 and nick Finnis will get there just after 1900 Dave when are you getting there? and obviosly anyone else that wants to join us feel most welcome to come along for a festive drink!

    whats the thoughts on food eat in the bar or go for something or just liquid dinner not fussy myself
