    Just got up for work. Had to check the radar. Looking very heavy down in south Wales. Looks like maIn area going to run north through Wales though and miss half the midlands leaving us with light precip that prob fall as drizzle. Unless in intensifys on it's east side

    i mean no body really knows whats going to happen yet with surprises possible i dont no why people write it off before its started. i know its going to turn to rain but i would much rather see lots of snow first

    hasnt there been events in the past that are suppose to change to rain quick but then stay at snow alot longer than predicted? i think maybe in 2007 from the south west?

    Im from cannock mate. and as always have that feeling we will miss out on most snow and get no more than a cm or 2. as it all going to be in the east as normall

    Why is there an advisory out or saturday for staffs and east for snow! Thought it was going to rain?:-s

    small flakes but snowing heavy quite a nice covering now... just drove form my gf who lives a noramlly 3 minute drive took 35 mins ppl getting stuck everywhere! crazy! loving it though

    Nick I wouldn't worry I still think we have plenty ours of snow left looking at radar! Not that I trust that so much after the snow I have had when nothing there! But hoping for a couple more inches maybe neorealism days out!

    Just seeing BBC weather looks like could have this for most of today! Don't think it will turn to rain! Also showed it moving north east through the day so I think the east midlands will get some aventully!

    Had to go to sleep last night so missed all the heavy snow. But woke up to a nice new covering. Shame it proberly will melt during the day :-(. Let's hope for Tuesday night now!

    Tbf I haven't seen forecasts today cause they seem useless recently! But hight is decent and we had moderate to light snow on and off all day but only started to settle when dark so I'm hoping for abit overnight!

    Just woke up and checked radar and was fairly disapointed! But then checked the eu radar and it's just over holland and the north sea! Growing in size as it does so! Is it just delayed on whEn it was supposed to be here! Any thoughts?

    since football seems to keep popping up..im a pompey fan andwill be at the game in coventry on tuesday if anyone is a coventry fan back toweather light snow blowing in the wind! looking forward to seeing how the snow developes tomorrow
