The roads are melting, the rivers are boiling; it's 19.0º and sunny-ish.

My father (who lives at Murton, north of Appleby in Westmorland) reported 37m of rain in 15 minutes at about 5.15pm today. Oooooo.

It's just stopped raining here and the sky is at last clearing. Since 8am yesterday we have had 101mm or rain and 117mm since 6pm on Sunday.

Pelting it down, as it has been since yesterday morning. Currently 17.4º and 89mm of rain since 8am yesterday.

Bloody drought in Newton Aycliffe....43mm of rain here since 8am so far. Maximum of 19.6º and currently 17.3º.

Nah.....4.7º here last night, and even that was beaten on July 12th 2002 with a minimum of 3.2º.

It's already 19.0º here with a nice breeze and humidity of about 55%. Reached 22.4º here yesterday...the warmest day since September 17th. I'm great at parties...can you tell?

Already 16.5º here, with high cloud increasing. Praying for rain....well, not really praying. Well, not praying at all actually...more hoping that it will rain.
