Metcheck went down hill big time when they started making more money... Money came first !
-
Will they still have the stupid , retarded... lame... annoying...
Screen panning?
-
It's recorded footage - I live in Louth and I can assure you the flood sirens aren't going off. They did wake me up on Saturday Morning. It won't replace Terry Wogan and a cup of coffee as my morning pick-me-up. For a hideous moment I thought I was an extra in Threads!
Phew , but still it was like
Where Neil?Sorry daniel didn't catch where it was , caught the tail end of the report..
Just gone back to africa now , which isn't important at this current time
-
Did anybody just watch bbc news 24? , i heard air raid sirens going off ( flood sirens now )...... Local authorities telling people they must leave now , your life is at risk. You could see the water pumping up from below the house with the sirens going off. This is happening within the last few hrs
Never in my life have i seen or head anything like this away from the movies , incredible stuff and shocking at the same time.

Distant flashing , but a very weak storm

Bright sky flashing going off to the south , south west

Way to cautious as bbc walk over everyone as it is!
But anyway , sorry for thread crapping carry on

That still doesn't explain things though ( except for your own personal, non-commercial use )
Which it is personal and it isn't commercial
-
No it isn't copyright
I PAY MY TV LICENSE!!!!!
Two allow them and have done for the last 3 years so why don't you?
I wouldn't worry about it Neil although to be honest I'm sure that it is infringing any copyright laws. [o[??]]This is what the BBC states re. its website and I suspect the same would apply for the TV programmes:
"You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use bbc.co.uk content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any bbc.co.uk content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of bbc.co.uk content requires the prior written permission of the BBC."
To be honest I tihnk screenshots here fit into the part in bold and are not being used for commercial gain.
Sorry about the off-topic nature of this post but I thought it was important to highlight in the context. It is of course as ever vital to include the information source. [ ]
P.S. The above however does not apply to Met Office data such as images etc. which is copyrighted and may not be used elsewhere without express permission.
