    Well that ws worth waiting for!!! Snow pellets. WHY!!!!!? Not even an easterly can produce cold snowy weather! Roll on the summer.

    Just had about as much as TEITS, no more than a few sharp flurries throughout the day, around 4/5 showers of varying intensity. Looking for some more over the coming week. Nothing in loughborough though :lol:

    Just had hail/sleet and snow blustery shower. Surprised there was no thunder. Verticle precipitation, must have been gusting around 50/60mph mark, it gave almost blizzard conditions!! Wasnt expecting any snow till tomorrow.

    Derbyshire 26th December 2004
    This was a small youth hostel in northern derbyshire. Fanatastic views all around with a good amoutn of snow. Best boxing day ever.

    Its been snowing now for a while here in loughborough, small flakes but not sticking due to a sleety shower earlier on in the morning. Its pulsating between small flakes, and lots, to larger flakes ...but its picking up as i write.

    Here in peterborough we have had nearly an inch of snow!!! Just stopped now( started around 11.20) :lol: , maybe we will get some more tomorrow and have adecent dump of snow:) Anyone had much snow in cambs?
