    mm funny how ive noticed from video footage, that the most likely places that are flooded seem to be new built house areas! that is obviously flood plain anyway but now diverts the water further down . if you ask me i think the government has done what they do in china, ya know, where they fly planes and put those chemicals in the sky to make it rain, just to get on to evryone about global warming so they can tax us more in different ways! well thats my thoughts anyway lol : )
