Feeling very worried and annoyed, been on here all afternoon and told my hubby to leave work in Beckington early, he ignored me and is now stuck on the A37 at Temple Cloud... we live in Whitchurch. Starting to wonder if he will get home at all tonight.

We are supposed to be driving from Bristol - Crawley on friday leaving at 12 noon. Attempting to convince my hubby we should go tomorrow instead, but wouldn't be able to leave until 2pm ish. Is the snow likely to be down to the M4/M25 on thursday afternoon? Seems like it would be foolish to attempt the friday drive...

Snowing quite heavily in Whitchurch, struggling to settle on the path though as it's still pretty wet.

Haven't been paying attention to the weather for a while and was surprised to see the Met Office warning, so popped over for a read as I find the info here much better Am a bit worried now as my elderly parents are on holiday on top of a hill in Dinys Powys near Cardiff, I don't want them to get snowed in! As an aside.. Fromey I live in Whitchurch We shall see tomorrow I guess. I like snow but I worry about my hubby driving in it to/from work in Filton as the ring road is bad enough when the weather is totally fine.
