Had a few inches of snow this morning. Nice to see, melting quickly in the sun. Power came back on about an hour go. Still up to 40,000 people off.

I don't see much chance if it lying here. Its extremely wet, I was thinking it would at least lie on grass etc. But I don't think now looking at the fields etc as they are water logged. I think maybe if it is heavy enough for a long time it should lie, I remember it happening a few years back had rain all day with strong winds then during the evening and night it was heavy snow and strong winds and had a good 6 inches by morning.
