Very true, I couldn't sleep well last night. Another sweltering day with clear blue skies and there's more of it to come starting early next week. Top temp 25c. Now 24c

A very sunny day with unbroken blue skies and high humidity. Some big cumulus clouds to my north at around lunchtime but they receded late afternoon. Top temp 25.5c. Temp now 21.5c

I've never known a day like it, I've lost count how many showers there have been here today, they were absoloutely torrential and prolonged. Dissappointed though as only heard a distant rumble of thunder

Torrential rain started at 9:45pm last night and lightning every ten minutes with quite loud thunder. Retired to bed after that and we must have got some heavy rain at around 5 this morning. Blue skies at the moment
