Interesting quote from Rebecca Wood from BBC Weather
"There's an amber weather warning out for snow showers, due to reach the north Midlands through tonight. Conditions are looking very unpleasant for Friday and Saturday.
This time last year temperatures were high teens, early 20s... this weekend that's more like snow totals!"
Really marginal at present NW radar has three stripes, Blue (rain) as far west as Hereford then Green (sleet) to Worcester then anything further west Pink (snow). With the exception of a big blob of Pink between Kiddy & Bridgenorth.
Hope it all turns Pink in the very near future ;-)
The latest Meto warnings 11.56, have most of us still in the firing line for snow.
I think we're going to have to wait and see.
