Ello, Quality picture.. but the what i find intreguing is the clearly visable curvature of the cloud just above the shelf prooving this to be a supercell, i got to ask you, by any chance did this baby spawn any tornadoes? -

Has anybody noticed that the metoffice have named Southampton as the warmest place in the UK on the 9th of April. This is odd as to the best of my knowledge the southampton recording stations stoped being used in the late 90's as did the Southsea one. Does anybody know what is going on? Is the southampton station being used again. http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/uk/uk_...st_weather.html

Lightning But No Thunder

Lightning can be seen from over a hunderd miles away yet thunder can only be heard from 20 miles. I might be wrong with the miles and it could be Kilometers its been a while .
