    I think I'm going to head south near the coast and see what happens, hmmm I think Brighton with a view to moving north or east may be a good starting point, fingers crossed.

    I'm in Buckinghamshire/Hertfordshire border debating where to hit the road too, last week was great in Camber but I wonder if I should stick around the Chilterns and see what happens. Any suggestions?

    Had a totally amazing night, I left home in Buckinghamshire and decided to head down to hastings and camber sands at around 8pm last night, I got there at 10.30pm and the storm was amazing, the lightning was out of this world and the wind was so strong, not to mention the hail. Certainly one of the best storms I've seen in a while. I love heading to the south coast and witnessing the French imports.

    So it took me 2 hours to drive down from Buckinghamshire to camber sands, I'm so glad I did the storm is amazing.

    Yes, there was a tornado In Marsworth Buckinghamshire just a mile down the road from me. I drove through and there are fences down, road signs knocked over tree's all over the place it was quite something, of course, I'm only about 14 miles away from you, I live in neighbouring village of Pitstone/Ivinghoe.     We never normally get storms like this around here it's totally amazing, to say the least, Even the aircraft are having no choice but to fly through it coming into London Luton Airport, it was quite scary watching them fly overhead with lightning all around them.

    A nice storm moved just to the south of me, this one was from London, Looks like Thame & Oxford should get a nice show. The planes have stopped flying over on there way into London Luton which is always a good sign. Currently, we have rain on and off with some distant lightning to the south and more to the east now.

    A friend in Banbury just sent me a message to say the thunder and lightning are quite impressive. I work in Buckingham and a colleague can see distant lightning.

    The wind has got up very strong here in Pitstone Bucks can see some flickers in the very far distance from the tops of the Chilterns when driving home from Whipsnade just now. Shower imminent according to the latest radar.

    Salisbury is certainly a trigger spot today, I love times of rapid development. Fingers crossed for here the first passed over producing very little, so I'll have to wait and see what develops next hehe.....

    Not much happening from the shower over Aylesbury at the moment, a very very distant rumble that's about all. A few drops of rain despite the radar looking promising. It's a waiting game lol

    Yeah I was just watching that cell on the radar, hopefully it develops nicely the potential is there.
