Morning All,
The weather, here in St. Andrews, Scotland (UK), has been very settled for the last 2 weeks. This was due to an Omega Block, causing a very slow moving high pressure, about 1040 for quite a time.
Last night a big change took place as a cold front came down from the North bringing very unsettled weather for Scotland over nigh. There were winds of 30MPH and a fair bit of rain. That rain system is over England now, but showers will continue through today here because of showers behind the main front.
