  1. yep this stuff is dying but more is coming from the north in the early hours

Got back home from work at about 17.45pm and it was and still is snowing lightly and steadily here in west Fife.

This small snow is falling in misty conditions and we currently have about a 1.5cm covering. The temperature is currently 0 Deg C.

Had a -6 Deg C this morning while leaving for work and very interestingly the temerature only climbed to -2.5 Deg C out in the middle of the Forth Road Bridge over the water!

  2. Hello EKB, Noticed your temp readings have been very Low the last couple of days, was just wondering if your readings are correct, as It has not been that cold here in Dundee, seems quite a big difference ?

    Was just wondering likes :D

  3. Incidentally - great idea to have separate snow threads for the different regions of the UK - it can get a bit chaotic otherwise.

And I did suggest it last year.

Agreed, by the look of things the BBC are talking about an Extreem snow event hapening for the south east of England, so in the short term all the guys on the forum from down there will be posting by the second :D

We will also get our turn in the next few days. :D

  4. I think there's is a reasonable chance that Met Office weather warnings will be extended to bring in Scotland this morning. Fingers crossed.

    Aye,

The latest BBC forecast at 11.30am has now started to show snow falling over much of the east coast of Scotland, from this afternoon!

We have already had some snow grains this morning, here in west Fife.
