    It's very strange...one minute nice thick flakes then i hear this horrible sound like rain on the window and it's gone all sleety again Neil, you were right was very sleety earlier as well

    Much thicker flakes now in herne bay....been snowing on and off all day but not much accumulation...hopefully temeperatures are dipping rapidly now and my snow will stop slowly melting!

    I hope they can...my husband's at work there!!....mind you I did tell him not to go so if he gets stuck there it's his own fault

    Snowing heavily in herne bay....has been snowing most of the morning. As much as I love the snow I'm now getting worried about daughters GCSE exmas next week, first one is wednesday

    where abouts are you exactly?...i was really surprised how much we've had and it must have been fairly recent as it has covered up hubby's car tracks and he left for work at about 6.30am

    Well I wasn't expecting that!!....a lovely 3-4 inches of fresh snow overnight and it's snowing again
