    Yes the fog has brought the thaw to a near standstill :lol: , hopefull it will keep those all important temps down, not expecting anything here bar rain but those further south and west may do ok .

    The walk to take the kids to school was ace, powder snow , the kids were struggling to make snowballs with it !! Bit of a thaw setting in now :o .

    Very surprised this am, as there is little thaw going on at present , even the washing line still has a snow line on it !!

    Yup, should last an hour or two in your area GSL . A good 3cm has fallen giving some excellent winter wonderland scenes .

    Spot on about the slowing of the band of snow, it has travelled around 4-5miles in the last 15 minutes :lol: . Should be game over very shortly :lol:

    Currently the heaviest it has been all night .

    Around another half hour or so of snow left, it will gradually turn lighter and patchier, still it was a good last hour of snowfall, currently an extra couple of cm's on the ground tonight

    Seems we are in a 'light' part of the precipitation, things look much healthier west now, hopefully things will finally get going over the next half hour, if not all i can say is we were bloody unlucky!! Much, much better now B)

    The incredibly light snow for the last half hour is starting to pep up a little, c'mon you son of a gun

    There is a covering up the top of the hill , it may intensify over the next hour or so more esp towards the south

    Very light snow for the last hour or so, even managed a slight dusting which to be honest is more than i expected given how light the snow has been, looks like it may go on till 9-10pm . That's gone and done it :lol:
