Hopefully it will clear away with a storm or 2 - now it's dark I have a great vantage point to view lightning for miles around and esp in the NW-NE area. The frontal cloud is barely moving- thanks to the moon it is visible still.

Here I am again, up early this morning in vain hope and there was a crappy light shower as I checked my thermometer.

Sky is partly cloudy with altocumulus and some clearer areas.

Temp 20c.

No you can have lightning with out without thunder just not the other way round :) Same with me last night the storm that was stuck for about 5/6 hours to the east of me kept on producing thunder so i waited till the night and went out into the garden and had a great display of IC and CG lightning :)

Been hot and sunny at home all day-max of 30c

Now hazy sunshine and beginning to feel fresher at 24c.

Southampton was roasting today too.

11.20am......alot fresher day today,a bit of a relief if you ask me!! Work yesterday was unbearable in the heat.

Temp currently 22c misty cloud/grey with little or no wind.I think the skies will clear soon.

very boilings over weekend and yesterdays! me is had max of 36.5! me is was suffocatings with heats! me is got panic attacks ! me is thought me is dead tonights for sure but then breeeze is blows and cools down the mr snofan! me is was missing snows terriblys over weekends! but today much cooler! 29.5c. sunny thoughs! two days agos me is saw lot of lightenings flashings in north horizons but they is not near enuffs for thunder booms!!!
