Well first journey home from work in total darkness and boy doesn't it feel so much less safe! Unlit cyclists, badly configured headlamps dazzling you and many people not used to rush hour driving in darkness make for heavy traffic & an unpleasant ride. Gladly it's mild & dry which makes it's much safer & less harsh for now at least.
