A damp day today with 5mm of much needed rain afer a few weeks of dry and at times very warm weaher. Certainly didn't feel cool with high dp's and humidity. Looking forward to the next warm spell.

Horrid, cold and wintry day here for 1st June, reaching only 13.1C under thick vapid cloud cover with incessant drizzle. I can only hope this isn't going to be the dominant theme this summer!

A coolish day here, too, with outbreaks of rain and drizzle, which eventually fizzled out with one or two gaps appearing in the clouds during the evening. The temperature hovered around 12/13*C for most of the day.
