Wouldn't it be just perfect if there was somewhere in the states that had good storms in the summer and decent snow amounts in the winter but with a good enlish population. Anyone know places with a strong English population and good weather...?

I'm a great believer of 'the grass isn't always greener' - and with the way the weather patterns are panning out, whose to know what is round the corner? Monsoons in the UK? Snow and Ice in Nigeria?

Who knows what Mother Nature has up her sleeve Weather wise?
