Hi all, can anyone recommend a book about the 1987 storm, preferably one that has a few photographs.

Had a quick look on Amazon, not much on there. Would be very grateful, as I'm looking for a birthday present.

Cheers Loraine.

I've a book called 'In The Wake Of The Hurricane' by Bob Ogley. It has loads of photos, but was written soon after the event, so is undoubtedly out of print now. It could be worth hunting for a copy though.,

Thanks Coast and Speed67, you've given me some great ideas! Only problem I have now, is that what started out as a birthday present, is now turning out to be a bit of a spending spree. Looks like I'll be doing a lot of reading over the next few weeks! Once again thanks for your help. Regards Loraine.
