Hey guys I am new here :)

I wanted to ask about East Asian Mountain Torque, I have been told there are people here who know a lot about the subject. Is -EAMT correlated to low pressure or high pressure over the Tibet/Himalayan Region? If not, is there anyway of telling if we are heading into a +EAMT event or not? Looking at surface winds or the jetstream?
