I am writing a book about weather forecasting using the clouds and there is a section on orographic precipitation.  (I don't know what the wind direction is.)

I was wondering if I could have some help identifying if this is orographic precipitation or not.

I don't think it could be a banner cloud as it is a mountain range but might it be an effect similar to how lenticular clouds are formed?

There is a bit of upslope fog mixed in with it all but I don't think it is all fog.

Your help would be much appreciated

Thanks in advance
