A couple more brief snow showers yesterday evening but it was dry by 1930. Clear spells at first but thickening cloud from late evening onward eventually brought light-moderate rain by about 0500, accompanied by thick fog. A steady thaw of lying snow now underway.

A dry night with increasing cloud. This cleared the evening ground frost. A low of 1.9 C; cloudy now with the odd drop of rain, just about enough to dampen the surface.

A wet and foggy morning with a few brief bursts of heavy rain towards midday as the cold front moved through. Mainly dry and cloudy from 1300 but a few brief showers have moved in from the west since sunset.
