Gfs and Ecm download......😯

Hi, I'm having trouble downloading ecm and gfs charts? My Samsung ipad and my apple iPhone are both struggling to download any graphics from both models? Wondering if someone can help! Thankyou!  ☺

I'm not seeing any issues here Ian. Sounds like a network issue locally with you possibly, perhaps restarting your devices will resolve it.

I think what I'm saying is when I save the graphs to my ipad or phone and press add files to show on a post that's when it doesn't work......?and it says an unknown server error occurred when uploading this file...

Oh I see, so it's an issue on the community rather than the chart viewer?

Yes,I'm sorry ,I incorrectly said download which is fine when transferring charts to my device, it's uploading them to the for instance to the mod thread that is the issue.......!

I can recreate the issue, I'll have to raise it with Invision as it's something related to their server I think.

Ecm chart viewer uploaded okay this morning Paul....!☺

The invision issue is still happening, but we've put a temporary fix in place to keep the uploads working in the meantime.
