    Can see that Oxford storm from here looks a beaut

    sat at cricket in desborough Northants and can see the Warwickshire storm too the west

    Can also see the massive storm miles out west near Warwick, shame it’s not dark yet as this would be a lovely distant light show !!

    Can see that juggernaut directly too my south , I’d guess around MK or a touch further south , looks a beast , gonna go nowhere near me I’d imagine but nice chilling with feet in a pool and a cold beer watching these beautiful cloudscapes!

    Can see that storm near Cambridge storm , looks impressive , might track close too me or just skirt by too my north but looks a real beaut

    Just shows how tricky storm forecasting is , IMBY we were just on the western edge of most forecasts and these were with low confidence and yet a big storm goes by and we are too Far East! This is not an easy sport , and just goes too show that now casting is always best , i reckon most of this storm was outside the Mets yellow warning too . Still bloody warm outside too !!

    It looks and feels absolutely ripe here , wind picking up , darker clouds filling in , I’m semi hopeful now !

    I’m right in the brewing / breeding zone for today’s action and it feels swampy out there , humid as hell!! Need a beer too watch these delightful clouds develop

    Man I remember that Glastonbury 05 event , fresh out of Uni working in a factory too clear debts etc but could listen too radio all day. Remember Jo Wiley was about too go live from the festival when power cut and she had too occasionally phone in with updates whilst they put emergency power on. Sounded an awesome storm !!

    Have huge respect for the chasers out there , yesterday I had too go too socially distanced cricket practice with the eldest in Desborough , they had too call it off with ten mins too go as was getting darker too the south east , frequent thunder and occasional lightning getting closer. The 15 minute drive home was pretty darn scary !! The eldest recorded the journey ...

    It’s well passed me now , but is constantly rumbling away , hardly any lightning spotted but nice little storm for sure

    It looked and felt really good here earlier today, Sun was out and it was really warm, humid and felt ripe, Alas 13:30 low cloud and crud has rolled in and it feels/looks utterly flat, fingers will remain crossed but not much hope, still plenty of bites at the cherry for the rest of the week hopefully

    Not too far from Northampton and it’s gone very dark too my west. Maybe just rain but it’s going too chuck it down!!

    had a horrid little blustery shower pass here, to my south/west towards Northampton its gone rather Dark!

    My Sister lives near Lutterworth (Leics) shes just had a small but potent storm pass over, she has shown me a video of some serious rain lashing her windows!!
