Excellent, thanks Lottie.
As you can see, it worked

Somebody suggested putting locations into our signatures.............. brilliant idea, if only I could figure out how to do it!
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks

It is raw here

Dewp is -2.7c
All snow seems to have skirted to my east at the moment, Orange glow in the Estuary to my East!
Just checked my local weather station and the wind is now ENE........ is that right for a streamer?
-
Temp dropped from 2.1 to -0.2 in the space of an hour and a half..... going to be an 'interesting' school run in the morning, I have enough trouble staying upright on a normal day
Moon looks beautiful tonight though
-
 - Still nice depths on the grass just the guttering and bushes and trees having big whacks of snow falling down.
Spotted an Igloo this morning which was about 5 foot high.
But yes we certainly have had some of the best snow depths over the last 3 winters here.
Really looking forward to some hard frosts as Rime Frosts make for amazing Photography!
I had no idea what a Rime Frost was so have just 'googled' it..... you're right it's amazing!! Hope we get some of those.... I'm off to charge the camera batteries now in anticpation

Flippin Heck
Keep an eye on the radar - If that is the light and patchy stuff expected overnight just North of Norfolk and moving South at a fair old clip some places might be in for an extra surprise
I sooo hope I'm one of those places!!! My son is desperate for a snow day tomorrow, and I could do without going on the school run after slipping on a snow covered ice patch today...... you'd think with the size of my bum I would have been well padded, sadly not

Current temp -2.2
dp -2.6
Ended up with just over 15cm (just been out in my pj's for a measure..... neighbours must think I'm a loon!) which is EXACTLY what the more knowledgeable members on here predicted for my location
-
I finally seem to be getting the heavy snow now (not sure what that's classed as on the Murr-o-Meter) but I am SO glad I waited up to see it........... not sure I'll be so glad when my son bursts in at first light wanting to go out and play in it though
