  1. In general I think we are all in a good position at this time in speaking.... I'd be interesting in to things, however, Firstly, on the FAX charts at T+24 there seems to be a weaking front...any chance of ppn out of that and secondly, this triple point...does that have any bias to the amount of ppn?   3. Sorry to sound ignorant, could somebody please briefly explain the MJO for me? I under stand the charts, PV etc, but these phases etc are giving me abit of a head scrather. Help would be greatly appreciated Thank you C.G

  7. Hmmm, it's really odd how it just flew over and dropped nothing!! The radar was showing plenty of echos! Eyes are fixed to the sky...though I meant to be working! CG

Cheshire snow, It's funny you should say that, im looking to the north west now, and those clouds, which I'm presuming you can see were dark...but I dont know if you've noticed, they have turned remarkably white, and I dont think its because the sun is shining on then ...something white is coming out of them, whether its getting to ground level I dont know! C.G
  10. This front tomorrow is certainly what I edging my bets on for some of that white stuff! esp if this cold air can really get stuck in over the next, say, 18 hours! Fingers crossed backtrack and cheshire snow! CG
