    humidity has now risen to 80% ...and rising quickly ..temp still falling, now 18c

    temp has now dropped to 19c from 24c, humidity has shot up by 20% in the last hour ..amazing changes in such a short space of time

    vey hot and sticky here, temp now 26.4c climbing quickly and humidity 79% ..storms looking unlikely for us here, but things can and will change I suspect !

    The last time I saw this sort of storm potential was in the early 70s when a storm produced golf ball sized hail, flash floods and strong winds. The hail damaged cars, greenhouses and conservatories and I think we may see the same next week so take care folks.

    Light blowing snow now in Rhoose ...down to 2c very quickly and the wind has picked up !

    I think the output from the ECM later will be crucial for the sanity of some in here ! ..so far so good with the GFS & UKMO 12z showing a shift North by a just a little. BTW good to see Mr Murr back.

    Got about an inch here and the airport is closed ..very light snow at the moment.

    I still reckon rain for South and West Wales, the temps are just to marginal to be certain ..would love to be proved wrong though.

    This is looking more and more of a rain event to me with a small amount of snow possible on the front edge ...three days out so could still change but I'm not getting my hopes up to be honest.
