temp now falling away slightly in Rhoose, now 3.9c. The colder air from the East starting to appear perhaps !

morning all ..temp 2.4c here in Rhoose ..cant see any snow until tonight when the temps drop away ..looks like the rain is not far away on the radar !

huge potential for snow for Wales now Sunday/Monday in my opinion if the latest ECM is to be believed ..all depends on where the front stalls against the cold air from the East ..could be looking at prolonged falls especially for the hills !

Hi Phantom2 , what a lovely place to live i as a child holidayed at fonty-gary bay ,brings back some good memories also the pub just outside the camp called the fonty-gary and also the local chip shop as you went under the bridge into the camp ,also the 99 steps and the lakes that were there when the tide went out , also fingers crossed for you to have some snow :smilz38:

I live about 300 yards from the pub and the chippy ..great grub for sure ..im pretty sure i will get rain tonight, always do in these setups

temp is actually rising here in Rhoose, now sitting at 6.5c, pressure 998 and very light winds ...it'll be rain, rain and more rain for me tonight on
the coast !

Back and forward 3C a time? Sounds like a fault rather than weather conditions. Lol.
not a fault, when theres cloud cover it drops to 19c, when the sun is out it climbs quickly to 22c

Snow started again here, bigger flakes than the last lot and the wind seems to have increased aswell ..off to work in Bridgend later ..will i make it ?

Snow has stopped completely here in Rhoose, nothing for at least 30 minutes now

a tropical 5.2c here in Rhoose ..skies filling in with cloud now, doubt we will see much snow here on the coast ..i may be wrong though !
