Aye seems over now I was hoping for more rain though for the ol' garden had about 4seconds worth of rain.

Can see the sky turning blue every few seconds and can hear distance thunder looks out towards my NW

Is any of it heading north towards Bristol area? Starting to wonder if I'm wasting my time staying up now.

Looks about 4-5am a cell pops up around this way was thinking of going to bed but might stay up and try to see it now.

Does anyone have a link for the met office rainfall prediction radar please? Looked on there site but couldn't find it! Was probably right in front my eyes but me being blind as always!

Hi everyone haven't been in since winter.. But been loving the heatwave looking forward to a few storms now though! Seen see a few flashes out to my West about 10 minutes ago and very distance Thunder might pull an all nighter tonight in the hope of seeing something as I have tomorrow off work. Just like the winter! Humidity is at a barmy 82% at the moment! Dew point 16.9c atm.

Snow much lighter here now, not sure how deep it is. Not that deep I don't think! Still some more to come over night though but don't think it will come to much.

Heavy snow now settling here, quicker then I thought it was going to be!

Snow getting heavier here not starting to settle yet as the ground is to wet another couple of hours and it should start to. Be careful if you are driving home from work soon!

Just went outside and there is nothing falling at present even though radar says precip over me.. Can smell that gas smell that everyone is talking about also!

Snow has pretty much stopped here now, ground is soaking wet still some snow left from Friday's event.

Radar looking good for heavy snow for the next few hours for the south west..

Have to say NAE was spot on with timings had a little wobble a few days ago but apart from that has been really good. NMM also has been very good!
