    Well another winter and back to our thread! I hope the flooding isn't to bad tomorrow for people as today, there is a lot of rain to come down and in a short amount of time the wind will also be a feature could see a good few tree's uprooted well in land. And if that isn't enough there could still be more to come this weekend! Is there risk of tornado's with tomorrows front? If so I'm sure Torro will be on the case in the morning but I was expecting something from them by now. Getting really excited about what the models are showing at the moment for late next week, trying my best not to though! 2010 does spring to mind indeed going to be very exciting watching them over the next few days and following the model thread! I'm really still learning and don't feel to confident to post in there just yet! But I'm learning a lot from different people!

    Snow has stopped here now, I'm going to go to bed night everyone. Hope there is another event for us before the winter is out!

    Just looked out the window to see a slight dusting wasn't expecting anything tonight after the start so happy to see something.. Leaves me wanting more though!

    I'm not downbeat yet I'll be pulling an all nighter and be watching radar as I don't have work tomorrow in the hope I see some snow! I think a few people might wake up to a surprise come morning!

    12z NAE rolling in.. Looks a lot like the 06z to me.. But I'm no expert only up to +42 at the time of this post. Sorry was the 06z woops! Said 12z in the corner!

    No rain here as of yet still snowing and a fair bit more then I was expecting few cm's on the ground at the moment not sure how much though.

    Snow starting to pitch here now but its very fine snow hopping for bigger flakes then might be able to get a few cm's before it turns to rain.. I'll still be happy if it does that!

    Yeah can see Chipping Sodbury getting a few cm's they normally do especially around old sodbury, radar says I have sleet over me at the moment but nothing is falling from the sky as of yet!

    Hoping we get a few cm's here before it turns back to rain so I can at lest say we've had some settling snow this year!

    Weather can be so frustrating at times.. I have been hoping for upgrades the past few days for the south west but it doesn't look like we are going to get them and time is running out. East of the region looks like its going to do really well and I'm happy for everyone I just want snow myself I think a big problem tomorrow could be freezing rain/rain falling on the frozen surface. I remember the 1996 event and it was a nightmare!

    Can confirm its snowing in Yate but not pitching! Nice to see some snow at last though!

    I'll be up all night I think waiting for something.. Might be disappointed come morning though but I'm not doing anything tomorrow so I can sleep it off!

    That looks really close for the Yate area hope this system shifts south a few more miles then I might be happy come Friday morning!
