    the storm off dover is now decaying... noooooooo.....

    well im in dover, and looking out to the south a storm is approaching. 5 strikes a minute c.g but no thunder yet.

    omg my roof is halfway being replaced, all ive got on my roof, is some felt and battening to hold it down, and tiles stacked on it ready to lay... and im in dover and where i live i call its wind city, if this low does come close to us im in trouble. poxy roofers 2 weeks nearly my roof as been off lazy gits... im off to ring them, do they look at the weather forcasts.

    can confirm what updraft says, thunder snow in dover, its prettey bad round here (melbourne avenue) i dont think the kids will be going to school.......

    even though i love the cold and snow, i love kitesurfing more, roll on april..... because the channel is a tad to cold for me at the moment......

    really dark out in tthe channel, looking at the radar, few snow showers pushing up to folkestone dover???

    no nssc she did say friday, on the 10.30 news, snow will fall on friday, and will settle then wash away............

    caddy lee preston (bbc south east weather chick) just mentioned it will snow on friday, and lay. but will be washed away by rain is that the cold snap over with?

    hi all, its been below freezing since 4 oclock in dover kent (on coast), and its just clouding over. i reckon might get a few flakes tonight , if not looking forward to this cold snap which i think will last untill xmas, its my first post, but ive been a secret netweather fan since reading the regional snow reports in febuary, well bring on the cold, and i wish u all a white xmas.. kind regards jason
