Am i right in thinking that if that easterly came off that for us in the north west we would not of got anything? I seem to remember that the best way we could get snow is from a north west flow anyway. I think it takes something exceptional for where i live to get snow at the best of times. That is why i think that for my location i cant see us getting anything in this type of weather pattern. Jeesus, its like autumn out there

UfoRaining here too. Wanted to ask you, sorry if off topic, but i know that leyland can get quite a bit for jets flying over from Wharton that can be heard, more so recently, but today has been odd as this afternoon as i was stood on the driveway can hear a very loud rumbling noise almost like theres a jet right above you hovering, it was very loud and lasted for about a couple of minutes, id never heard it before, couldnt see anything, then just now at 7.30 in the evening it has happened 5 times within the space of 10 minutes....just wondering if you heard it too? What is it?

Nothing here for my area. On the upside though if a massive snow storm hit the uk everyone would take shelter in the wirral area
