Probably about 8-10cm here in guildford already. Haven't measured it just yet. Can anyone else in guildford confirm this?
-
Anyone know what the level was this morning in Walthamstow (North-East London) or nearby locations? I've put it down as 12/13cm but need some justification for this...
Excellent snow event for us anyway
-
Leighton Buzzard, obviously
Is that really NE London? I would call that countryside to the NW of london
-
Hello all! I'm a NE Londoner but in the SW of our town...how's it going back home? Lots of snow?!
Which town is that?
-
Snow has eased off in the last 10mins, but the radar is showing heavier snow again towards W/NW London which is pushing east. The snow is also intensifying between Luton and Oxford, and as this moves SE it could give us a couple more cm's.
Whats the snow depth you have now?
-
Precipitation to the west of london building up once again. london could be in for even more.
Also, anyone in the northeast inner suburbs/outskirts of inner london (i.e. walthamstow/leytonstone) got an estimate of the latest snow depth? Too late to go outside myself now.

loving the way all the east and north londoners are still up

Londo blizzard, I'm also in walthamstow!
Yep, for once we're getting hammered as opposed to always being in exactly the wrong location
-
Could I be so rude as to ask were you live?
NE London is quite a big place.
Walthamstow!

PHENOMENAL snow in NE London now. level 12. not picked up from the radar
-
the radar has truly messed up. Netweather i'm disappointed.
-
incredible precipitation in NE London in the last 45 minutes. everyone forget the radar, its messed up.
-
thoroughly excellent snow here in the last 15 minutes in NE London. level 10/11
-
Looks like the precipitation heading towards the london area now could be of a more showery nature for the heavy snow, with light snow in between. I've measured just about 6.5cm here in NE London, but that could be a moderate estimate. Hoping to perhaps reach 9 or 10

Can someone please explain the huge star-shape in the precipitation on the netweather radar covering a lot of the area?? It's giving me a big headache. I can't tell if its lighter on the radar than it should be..
Also, getting pretty interesting here in north-east london. Starting to settle on the gritted road.. always a good sign
