It's looking beeootiful outside now -  bright sunshine and blue skies - lovely and dry too!   Then I took a step outside the door - and its bloody cold, bitter isn't exaggerating it!   Got to walk the dog - I think my hands'll drop off!   If does show 3.1C on the thermometer but it feels much colder in the wind.

This is only Sunday - the temperatures are going to fall every day for the next five days at least - and then we get snow!  What a week to look forward to!

Glad you said how cold it is as I'm off out with my dog,it looks lovely but will defo put a hat on now! Can't wait to see what the week brings!

    Jesus Christ !

Never in my 352 years of model watching have I ever seen a BLACK warning !!

    WTF - I think that’s taking it a bit too far -

The weather matrix must have an additional level of severity now .

” BLACK WARNING = almost certain death “

North Wales and randomly Swansea in the same warning ??

Andy what does this mean ?

Blinking heck! Don't know what to make of that! I'm a little scared to be honest! Even though I'm not in the warning!! ??

  3. Well I have to say it's like Xmas! I've been watching throughout the night with excitement, I just hope I don't fall asleep and miss it all! ? going shopping now before, the rush!! Baileys on top of my list just in case I run out of milk, can use that in coffee,tea,cereals.......!   Can't wait to come back and check the weather! ?

    That’s our holy grail ....

One of those for a few days ( can put a tick in the winter box )  then straight to early summer please !.

Looking like with the high heading to Greenland we will get Northerlies after a week or so from now  - though will the up coming cold spell assist in March northerlies producing goods in  to low land wales ....or will they end up just being the usual valley type +200 metre  events ....or perhaps more likely to just be a sleety Pembrokeshire dangler ...

Personally a NNW is required -but in March hmmm ..

This has to be THE one we've been waiting for, hopefully everyone will get something!
