Yes it does:) looks like that heavy snow on Wednesday may just may stretch as far as Swansea

A very cold morning today, at -6c, at -1.5c at 6pm, so probably a snow day.
Looking very promising for tomorrow, with new charts showing pretty much all snow, albeit not that much perhaps. As for the Low Pressure developing, it could get very interesting indeed
20-25cm in places was mentioned on the BBC, probably this amount of snow would relate to the West Country. But this is extremely low confidence, this wasn't even on the weather maps yesterday.
Not what I have heard. WAG had a stockpile to cover 1.5 years,
There is grit in the bins up here.
Just seen report on Wales today and there are problems with grit starting

Nice link hope it does come off,swansea city council hope they wrong they run out of grit tonight there last run all gone.
S**t has Swansea really run out of grit!!!!! If no snow and school and work open then I have to drive around Swansea all day

thats what i want just a one off heavy snow storm for my kids to remember like i do about 82, my brother throwing me in 6ft drifts! fab!
That's it ! For my kids too , they don't believe that we had to climb out of windows because of the drifts!!! The most they have seen was last feb which was nice but as soon as the sun came out in the afternoon it was melting. Two or three days of bad snow would do me, I don't ask for much;)

hope we do have that snow my husband is fed up of me peeping through the window and getting out of bed for a look, he said he would bury the laptop in the snow if i keep watching the weather then getting my hopes up for south wales, only to be let down making me grumpy! i have to peep outside in secret now and look at this site in work! please tell me we will have snow
Same here in my house luckily he brought me an iPhone for Christmas so I can come on here when I pop to the kitchen etc. Just want a decent snow fall like the great snow of 82
I was only 7 then but I remember it soooo well. I lived in a small town in north Wales and I remember helicoptors bringing in supplies as we where totally cut off -
-6 here this morn 0 now. Very cold,my car was somthing to behold hadn't been out in it since before last dusting , it was awfull. What are the chances for any of the White stuff in Swansea tonight? Been looking around the different forcasts and they all say different. I am sticking by an old wives tale if the snow lies for more than 3 days then it takes another fall to shift it. Mind I worked alot with old farmers and they agreed with it

Everything appears to be freezing over now.... Have noticed someforcasts changing the chances of snow in Swansea now up to 40% here on net weather from0%. this afternoon.

Just toke my dog for a walk we got an inch of snow from the snow shower and its frozen solid on all surfaces lol. Terrible stuff to walk on, my parents have asked me to put grit down but I dont want to wreck the lovely stuff:( lol
Lol I know the feeling. I am back to work on tues and REALLY hoping for some bad snow. I have also just gone out to my garage and took a detour up my drive ......couldn't help myself. Hope we get more tonight but I doubt it

Yep freezing here to. The moonlight makes the snow look blue, my sister lives in Edinburgh and has told me about this mind she used to love snow untill about13 days ago and it hasn't stopped snowing since.

So whats this about tuesday I aint heard much about it. BBC got snow for wednesday night but clear on tuesday.
Sky news on the red button has forcast snow for tues looks quite widespread also

Lol the kids across the road have done the same here too. I didn't think It would go down too well if I wemt out & told them to leave it alone! After all, as much as I love it - sadly the snow doesn't belong to me!
I thought that....... Wandering what they wod day if the mad woman came out on a rainy day and told them to leave my puddle alone:) mind I remember at 22 wadering around my home town with my friend at 2 in the morning building snowmen in every garden we could soooo I can't blamme the young snow lovers

Yeah if there is more coming. Pain in the I have a problem lads opposite have been out trashing the blanket, love watching the kids during the day but evening and night snow is lovely to see it lie for a while love to just sit on the doorstep and watch

I've rarely driven in sleet but my word it's deadly. Far worse than snow.
Sad now after seeing warning include Swansea got my hopes up , but I agree also about the warnings being for public safety but you can't help but get excited if you love snow when you see the warnings. I hope there is more to come during the rest of the winter
