  1. We've had two upgrades the 06Z + 12Z i doubt if we will have three in a row more like abit of a downgrade if anything of the past is to go by, The 12Z was almost perfect for me, sure it car'nt get any better !!!, We will see Bring on the 18Z.
  2. Johnholmes /quote, uk met warnings and text forecast updates along with thier fax updates will be as accurate as anything you will get on any weather forum. Could not agree with you more.
  3. Rugely just north of cannock well you never know with the way the runs have gone this winter we might have a slight or a big downgrade, you'll prob's be in the best place!! Anyway with all the excitement we have to take note we are two days away yet and alot can happen as we all know.

  6. Yes john hammond did quote them words and for me i was only the messager just letting other members know what was said thats all.
  7. Looks to me that its going north bound at the moment, but maybe as them east winds kickin further south it will push inland<<<<<<<<.
  8. A'nt seen the new warnings yet, the forecast this morning was showing the snow to be in the north to the n'east of our region!!!!!.
  9. YES that does in my eyes (include you lovely people in yorkshire that is) the 06Z brings the colder air around a 100 miles further south, for us in the midlandswe have better chance of seeing snow but for you guys and girls up there because of the cold air being further south by the time it reaches you it will last longer and maybe even stall and john hammond seems to confirm this.
  10. Lets hope friday comes off!!!!! if the bbc has anything do with it john hammond said "blizzards for parts of the midlands" the charts on the tv look interesting for friday although a few days away yet , Big upgrade!!!!! the snow was up north on the 00Z then on the 06Z it shows it being 100 miles further south and john hammond confirm this.
  11. John hammond on the bbc forecast for friday quote " blizzards for parts of the midlands northwards"
