Seems to me this is what supposed to happen Monday morning! Showers now getting well across the region to the north of the humber.

Just not got going that everyone was expecting it. At least 5cm should of settled widely but the showers just not as widespread. That's weather for ya

Last post from me regarding snow with feeling underwhelmed . Radar seems to be forming some big showers in the circled area. If this keeps up maybe there's hope

Wind now seems to be moving more of an Easterly component causing showers to keep their intensity inland more?

As I shown on my earlier post the intensity is transferring southwards from whitby area

Don't know if it's my radar fatigue kicking in but these showers are beefing up progressively southwards from the circle area. Keep the faith

Something is also showing on Friday on the Hi Res with the north sea disturbance but don't count on it

We said all this during 2018 BFTE then that disturbance from the south east shocked us all

Totally agree mate! Met office text reads well into Wednesday too. Then more Friday and then continued pattern into late Feb March
