  1. Been clear skys from around 1245 (i work in military time ) Not been that breezy today. The last time i checked the temp it was 9C. I have to check a thermostat outside due to my old weather station not liking last winters frost and packing in. Probally like most nights it'll drop around 22 00hrs. To around 6C
  2. They will probably downgrade severely... Btw, IM BACK hopefully my few skills and 2 years of experiences will help. Well this may be 2 weeks off and i doubt its accuracy but it looks worrying down south at +276. Hopefully will change in fact it will change, for the better or worse?
  3. If you know what happens you can then find out how they happen then improve forecasting.
  4. Tbh i can't see anything going up around here! Not because it never happens but because of the lack of cape and LI. In all honesty do you think that a heavy strong thunderstorm will form with 200 cape and a fairly decent LI of 1 (im not ruling it out to be CLEAR!) I would like to see it happen but i sadly doubt it! I would like to add to my above comment. The SSW of england have the BEST chance of a storm due to the higher cape and lower LI, also a little more East up to around Wiltshire. Although with more hilly land it may cause some other problems. Will like to see what happens and will watch this!
  5. I will say Thursday over the higher ground in Scotland could be interesting.

  8. wow in that squall, gusts have died down in frequency but when they do they are deadly i'd say 60+ mph
  9. Was on my way back from school, a tree fell on the metropolitan line blocking it while iwas in the train
  10. This is something to watch for sure, not sure if it'll even get to London but there is a chance!
  11. In the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland: Red sky at night, shepherd's delight, Red sky in morning, shepherd's warning.
  12. was like hell here... no storms but the sky was REEED (not the red shoe ) I reckon by the time its reached us west / north Londoners it'll have disipated aah well!
  13. well, if you want a storm, here is the best place for them to form over france
  14. My house in portugal is in the level 2 :o wish i was there, to see if it gets damaged :S
  15. Well, good morning! I think that as that storm moves over land it'll grow. Also as it moves NE it will grow as it hits the lower pressure! That cell is growing!!!! This looks good as it comes over land
  16. Looking at the wind and jet stream, the best place for a import to form would be around Brest, although that's at the lower end of the cape. I do hope that the channel strengthens the storm and as it may clip the coast if it grows we could have a beast!!! thats if anything forms and goes into the channel...
