    Just been on the MOD threat not many post..... Must be busy in the regionals. But from what I gather the ECM looks promising. Not just for snow, but keep the cold spell going. All this reminds me a bit of the lead up to 2010 ( not the severity or snow) but mild keep being pushed back. Long may it continue.

    Well after the roller coaster of will it, won't it, it is, its not I've fully enjoyed watching how things have evolved today. After trawling (not trolling 😉) through the last few pages of the last thread I would like to say a big thanks to most on here. We all have different abilities when it comes to reading models / forecasting. The point being whether its giving a detailed forecast or just stating the conditions in your location (as I'm only capable of doing) it all adds up to making the SE thread what it is..... GREAT. Keep it up guys and gals. SE is the place to be 😄

    Just walking to my local takeaway. After stopping a few times to do a bit of lamp post admiring😉 and getting funny looks from joggers, dog walkers and motorists, I can confirm there is a sleetiness to the PPN now. Bring it on😃😃

    Good morning all. I'm in the City of London on my moped doing the Knowledge. It's bloody freezing today.... Slate grey sky's not nice. Looking forward to some of the white stuff soon.

    Right I'm going to the shops to stock up on some essentials. 1) 3 new sledges (1 each for my boys, and 1 for me and Mrs Leigh D to share) 2) 5 loaves of bread and 8 pints of milk (just incase we get snowed in for days) 3) A big ladder and lamp post cleaner. 4) Some beer 😇 5) A flash torch just incase the lamp post stops working in the extreme cold 😱 That should do us fine. 😄😄😄😄

    It has to snow now. I've just (maybe foolishly) told my 5 & 3 year old boys that's its going to snow. PLEASE make it snow, or I'm going to be the worst dad come Sunday ⛄⛄⛄⛄
