  1. Heavy snow high Wycombe. Laying well, a moderate blizzard. Must of starred around 2am as there was a slushy covering at 3.30am. :-)

  4. Another stupid question?? 500 charts equal the dam and it needs to be below 528 for snow. And the 850s are the upper air temps which the lower the better. K

  6. We have been lucky this winter in hw. Infact we made the national news in February for having the deepest snow and we got snowed in during the January's event , as we live up on one hill. But I want more :-(

  9. Light snow on my hilltop just outside High Wycombe. Laying well. Million dollar question? ?? Is do we risk going to Thame with 4 kids in the car later. Considering the hills to get home have been shut with snow 3 if not 4 times this winter. Yes I know I am lucky. Katie
  10. Thank you. I think the only answer is to spend the spring and summer learning to read the models, from the more sensible around. Does this mean all those who chucked rattles out of prams at the gfs have collected them again. Kx
