    I can't read the models but after reading this thread for 4 winter's and in particular this winter A non biast point of view, based on just reading posts I would say there is probably around 40 percent chance. Katie

    Oooo interesting news. On three counties radio earlier they had a professor on there explaining a " WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN WEATHER WISE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY" and why. Can't give any more details add my mum heard it. But she described it as a MEGA event. Fingers crossed

    Well currently not far from exerter and the local forecaster has confidently said just one more mild day then getting colder. Also showing on a graph temps heading below average. Of and the hi light of my journey from bucks yesterday. Was seeing the signposts to the Met Office. Katie

    I remember last winter the consensus of opinion was meto + ecm was a stronger combination then meto + gfs. Just a reminder of old debates. So come on ecm. Sorry mods can't back up with model's but thought maybe a good reminder. Katie
