    Not posted for a few years....so hi all, again....haily, sleety , snowy showers off and on most of the earlier covering gone. Hope it picks up again later.

    Just started to stick on grass, cars bins & a little on paths n roads as the intensity stops. Temperature on my little station went down from 4.3 pre-this shower to 1.1 during the more intense fall. Note that Keele Uni's online temp reading was 0.1 at 11am.

    Had a few snow showers in Stoke this morning, nothing particularly heavy. Not sticking at the moment.

    Beginning to stick on cars, rooves & side roads here (in Stoke) where it had previously thawed. Notice that BBC on line have lessened the amount of heavy snow for here but prolonged the light snow tomorrow. Bigger flakes now.
