Complete non event for us in Sussex , it has rained all day long and is still coming down , anybody know we might see even one snow flake here? Please help

Oh the rain , why the rain? Poor olde Sussex , I think maybe I bid you farewell winter 12/13 , you gave me some snow but now the constant torrent of rain tonight has firmly put a nail in your coffin for me , You really are quite a naughty season !!!

Oh I do love Sussex in the rain , almost feels warm enough to streak naked through my garden , that's just how excited I am about this really heavy rain , and it it looks like it could rain for hours too Cars= covered House=covered Grass=covered Pavements= covered Road= covered And to really p--- me off I have just seen a griiter go past wasting my Counsil tax money

Still a rather sleety /drizzle mix here for last 40 mins

I wish it would turn to pure sleet , we have 50%sleet and 50% light drizzle at the moment but moving in the right direction me thinks :-)

Sleeting in amongst drizzle here up on the Downs , yippeeeeeee :-) between Brighton and Eastbourne , Dew points must be dropping , need a new weather station , wish I knew what the actual dewpoint is !

Light rain here atm , but hoping for snow at around midnight and then i will be skiing on the downs by 7am tomorrow morning and then grass skiing by 8.30 :-)

:-( Oh well looking at the latest yellow blobs on met office weather alerts , looking like Sussex will completely miss out now , so I suppose I will get an early night rather than super glueing my nose to the window to support my Lamp watching head all night :-( Secretly rather sad , now I have to break the news to my 4 year old , Oh the disappointment !

Looks like either rain or snow for my location in east Sussex ;-( although I am at quite a high location so fingers crossed for White stuff

Nothing but drizzle here , not even very cold , I don't smell snow coming , i am a few miles inland on the east Sussex coast downland and feel we might miss out , but I really hope I am wrong , cos I love the stuff !
