    Thu, 8 Dec 2011 16:35:46 GMT NORTHERN Constabulary has declared a major incident in the Lochaber area due to a number of weather related issues. Travel in this area is inadvisable in the current conditions.     LP much tamer on the 18z run, could it be a case of "GFS over deepening low pressure systems again, for it to drastically water them down within reliable time frame.
